Eat Seasonably Use Them Up Tips for Red Cabbage

  • Make your own coleslaw by shredding red cabbage with white cabbage or fennel and some apple. Mix everything together in a large bowl and add a finely diced red onion. Finely chop some mint and parsley and add this too. Sprinkle over some mustard seeds and dress with a yoghurt and cider vinegar dressing.
