Eat Seasonably Use Them Up Tips for White Cabbage
- Try stir frying with garlic and ginger and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds over the top and a dressing of rice wine vinegar or lime juice, soy, sesame oil and groundnut oil
- Make your own coleslaw by shredding red cabbage with white cabbage or fennel and some apple. Mix everything together in a large bowl and add a finely diced red onion. Finely chop some mint and parsley and add this too. Sprinkle over some mustard seeds and dress with a yoghurt and cider vinegar dressing (same as red cabbage idea)
