Food – growing, preparing and serving it – is a core ingredient of the National Trust, largely due to the farm land it owns, and its catering operations. This year the National Trust has prepared a delicious menu for the Eat Seasonably Harvest Celebration featuring September’s best fruit and vegetables.
Liz McClarnon captured the nation’s attention in 2008 when she was crowned winner of Celebrity Masterchef. The competition evoked in her a passion for cooking and seasonal eating and she’s now delighted to be part of this year’s Eat Seasonably Harvest campaign.
