Love your leftovers… pear and plum chutney

What you need

  • 1 pear, peeled, cored and diced
  • 3 plums, stoned and diced
  • 2 tablespoons muscavado sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil, simmer for about 15 minutes.
