What you need
- 1 pear, peeled, cored and diced
- 3 plums, stoned and diced
- 2 tablespoons muscavado sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a pan and bring to the boil, simmer for about 15 minutes.
