Sweetcorn, boiled and eaten on the cob is sweetness itself. Great as a simple, healthy snack or plucked to add the juicy kernels to salad. 

Our quick and tasty tip:

  • Try blackening in a dry non stick pan, then slicing off the kernels and mixing with lime, chopped tomato, chilli, mango and mint for a delicious salsa.
